Walking for Dementia

The Silver Assist Homecare team is lacing up their walking boots for a sponsored walk (16 miles!) to raise money and awareness for Dementia Matters in Powys – an amazing organisation that offers a safe and supportive space for people living with dementia, their loved ones, and carers.
